So i haven't acheived much of my summer to do list yet. But i have worked out 3 days in a row and am half way through Dracula. not too shoddy.

I went shopping yesterday on my own. I'd forgotten how nice shopping on your own actually is. You can spend as long as you want and try whatever you want on. I mean i went in the Topshop fitting rooms 3 times. Like any friend of mine would put up with that. Not my fault many pretty things were on sale :P Although I did go on my own because 75% of my friends are off on exotic holidays. Jealous? Me?

In other more depressing news, the dog threw up ALL over my CREAM bedroom carpet. So now my room REEKS until the new carpet is fitted tomorrow. ARGH. Life hates me sometimes.

Talking of summer, i'm now officially free from college for 8 weeks :) so I got thinking about things I might like to achieve over the summer and wrote a list which i'm hopefully gonna keep adding to. :)

•Practise piano more
•LJ more (this must happen)
•Learn to Drive

•Tone up (with a little supernatural help :P)

So yeah I need to think of some more. Hopefully slightly more exciting.

I suck. I know, I shouldn't just abandon blogging for weeks on end. But i do. Heres a quick run down of the highlights on what you missed in my life. :)

London - Was awesome :) I picked up some really cute fashion pieces while I was there. I also got my dress for the masquerade ball! now i just need a mask! I just love being in that city :) I even love the tube :S
Damons - As part of my birthday my friends and I went out to this cool American restaurant near my hometown. I (finally) wore my Alexa Chung star dress!
Simple Plan - This was such a night to remember! The band were one of those bands who just sound ten times better live. And I caught the drummer, Chuck's drumstick at the end of the night :O
Work - I decided to cut down to four hours instead of 8 a week, so just on a saturday now :) I just never had one day off when I worked Sundays, so I just wanted more time to relax.

I updated the book list over on the right. I'm really into reading atm. The curious incident of the dog in the night-time was a particular highlight recently and I'd recomend it if your looking for something unusual and thourght provoking. I had my Englsih lit and Lang AS exam today but I pretty happy with how it went.
I'm looking for a pair of ridiculously high heeled blue sandals for my masquerade ball. Trouble is, I have the tiniest feet, only a UK size 2 (35). If anyone has any ideas or sites to help, I'd love you forever.

Hmm I've been scrouging the internet for a dress for the end of year party the last few months. I wanted somthing really unusual, but nothing catches my eye. Hopefully my luck will change tomorrow.

I had my art exam today and yesterday. I think it went pretty well, and I'm so glad its over now :) Now I have to pack my things for the weekend. Back soon! (With pictures!)

I just thourght I'd drop by and share my finished Lyra/Will piece with you guys. Its set when they are both older obviously. I think Orlando makes a great Will no? I'm pretty pleased with it. About half way through I remembered to include their daemons lol. The bench pic used is their actual bench in Oxford :)

Last night I went to see VAST at Rock City. The band were really awesome live. I've never had much love for Rock City as a venue though. Especially being my tiny self :) But it was a lot of fun :)
In other news, I FINALLY finished the Amber Spyglass. I officially love the book and HATE the ending. It made me cry so bad, :( I love Will/Lyra. Even though they totally butchered the first book, I do really hope this book makes it to the movies. Just because I want promo pictures basically :P I have some inspired ideas for some Will/Lyra fanart though, so look out for that. I just have difficulties choosing my Will. Any ideas?
Back to school tomorrow. :( I've been so lazy with my school work, bad me. Usually I kinda look forward to going back to school, but not now. I really just can't be bothered with stuff. I did finish my tiger painting for art though. It turned out okish I think:
